KinStay — Product Concept & Demo

KinStay is a product concept for a relationship-based short- and medium-term rental platform that serves community-minded homeowners and local-minded travelers. It differentiates from Airbnb through Zero-Friction Direct Booking: flat-fee infrastructure (contracts, escrow, insurance) with no per-booking cut—a secure bridge that steps out of the way once the connection is made.
